Dueling Duo is coming to Faulkton May 1

For the past decade, the Dueling Duo has been setting the Midwest ablaze with its unique brand of all-request dueling pianos.  With over 1150 show in 8 states on their resume, the Duo is unparalleled with their combinations of musicianship, humor and songbook.  One of the most asked questions after a show, “how do you know every song?”  They say it is all by design and are constantly tweaking the catalog, learning new material as it shows up while also putting new spins on old favorites.

The transition from song to son is another show highlight.  While many shows offer medleys, they are typically well-rehearsed and planned out ahead of time, but not so with the Duo show.  Since the audience is choosing, they can amazingly wiggle their way in and out of whatever musical choices are thrown at them.  This makes every show special and different.

The Dueling Duo will be performing May 1 in Faulkton at the Faulkton Legion Hall under the sponsorship of the Faulkton Area Arts Council with the profits going toward providing Artists-In-Schools residencies for the students and other projects of the arts council.  As of this writing only a limited number of tickets were available.  You may contact Carrie Deiter for more information or private message her on Facebook.
