Faulkton Area Medical Center is seeking applicants for the following:

Full-Time Registered Nurse

Applicants must possess current SD Registered Nurse Licensure required. New nurses encouraged to apply. This position offers variable 12-hour shifts 3 times per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay differentials for nights/weekends included. Perform timely and accurate patient assessments and documentation. Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently. Supervise and assist nursing assistants. Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards. Participate in patient care planning and staff meetings. Experience in acute patient care/swing-bed/emergency room is preferred, not required. Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment. Work environment is indoors, safety-sensitive, on-site. Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts with frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.
