March 30, 2017
Faulkton has a thriving arts community, thanks in big part to the Faulkton Area Arts Council. April is an especially busy month for the arts in our community. We encourage you to check out these upcoming events.
April 1-2: The 27 Annual Hats Off To The Artists Art Show happens at the Faulkton Community Center. This two-day event is a showcase of many art mediums, including paintings, photography, fabric enhancement, leather craft, woodcarving and more. The show will be professionally judged, with ribbons and cash prizes awarded. The event is free and open to the public with free will donations accepted.

April 3-7: The Dakota Players is a children’s theatre company that will be in residency at the school, working with children in grades 1-6. Dakota Players aims to provide access to quality theatre experiences and professional theatre artists for children, especially in rural Midwestern communities.
At the end of the one-week residency, the kids will put on a full production.
