The basic mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children at Christmas. Jason Ferguson, a former Marine himself, has brought this charity opportunity to Faulkton for the past 3 years. Ferguson has asked three local retailers, Bauer's SuperValu, Faulkton Drug, and Homan Hardware, to be host sites for the collection boxes. The collection boxes were at those locations until December 14th. “Faulkton has been very generous in the past years in their donations,” said Jason. Over 200 toys were donated this year.
