Watch for Holmberg’s Dakota Equip. Mfg., Inc. on the Discovery Channel

November 22, 2016

Tim and Martha Holmberg and their family’s manufacturing company, Dakota Equipment Manufacturing Inc. (DEMI) will be featured on the Gold Rush program on the Discovery Channel at 8 p.m. on Nov. 25. The Holmberg’s built a special piece of equipment specifically for the Gold Rush show.  There will be a watch party at Dot T at 8 p.m. that evening. Faulkton City Mayor Slade Roseland will also attend.

Pictured are Tim Holmberg (l.), Abigail, who is a third grader, Martha, and Tyler Holmberg in front of the piece of equipment built specifically for the Gold Rush program.

Holmberg connected with Dave Turin who is a quarry and mining expert and a member of the Hoffman Crew on the Gold Rush program. From that connection came about building a specific piece of equipment. The first design was a no go, however the second design was approved and built at the Holmberg’s manufacturing site at Cresbard. The Holmbergs traveled with the equipment to Oregon and the program was shot from there.
