Faulkton’s elevator mural part of video to be on SDPTV

“Panorama of South Dakota”, a collection of videos shot and produced by South Dakota filmmaker Dalton Coffey on behalf of Arts South Dakota will air on South Dakota Public Television on Thursday, Feb. 17 at 8:30 p.m.

The mural on Faulkton’s grain elevator is part of the video, which features art in the state. The show brings together many unique elements of the state’s creative arts scene. The story of hoop dance as performed by Starr Chief Eagle, and traditional music performed by Bryan Akipa on the red cedar flute are also featured.
